About us

The Automation Office is responsible for ensuring the normal functioning of the IT and technological tools of the Offices of the General Curia, which in turn serve the Government of the Order and the Provinces and Custodies that contact the Curia.

The tasks of the Automation Office are:

to provide support to those who perform a service at the various Offices or in collaboration with them;
to manage the updating of some databases, including the Schematismus and Directiones Domorum;
to take care of cybersecurity, necessary to ensure that the data managed in the Curia are not inappropriately disclosed;
to work on the maintenance and updating of hardware and software;
to constantly provide for the backup of information.
